VIDÓR Launches Villas Monte: T3 Homes in Rio Tinto, Five Minutes from Porto
VIDÓR has officially launched Villas Monte, a residential development composed of eight T3 homes in Rio Tinto, Gondomar. The project was presented on April 2, 2026 at The Log Porto Hotel, in Porto.
Villas Monte comprises eight T3 homes with a gross area of 277.50 sqm each, set on lots ranging from 276 to 380 sqm. Prices range from €540,000 to €660,000, with a 10% discount available on selected units during the launch campaign.
The project emphasizes the relationship between indoor and outdoor living: patios, terraces, and private gardens extend the architecture into the surrounding landscape, with horizontal volumes and opaque railings that ensure privacy. Finishes include oak wood flooring, double-glazed windows, and kitchens with oak-toned cabinetry and black Silestone countertops.
Located in a consolidated residential area of Rio Tinto, Villas Monte is approximately five minutes from downtown Porto, with direct access to the VCI, A4, and A43 highways. The surrounding area includes shops, services, schools, public transportation, and points of interest such as Parque Oriental, Estádio do Dragão, and Parque Nascente.

The launch event took place on April 2, 2026, from 3:00 PM, at The Log Porto Hotel, in Porto.
Attendees were introduced to the project's architectural principles, the layout logic of the homes, and the way each house balances privacy, functionality, and continuity between indoor and outdoor spaces.
