Location, Functionality, and Sustainability: The Pillars of VIDÓR's New Projects

VIDÓR has been consolidating a clear approach to new residential development: projects born from a careful reading of the territory, prioritizing spatial functionality and contributing to the urban enhancement of the areas where they are built.

The developments currently underway, ALVA in Leça do Balio, Villas Monte in Rio Tinto, and Santa Marta in Figueira da Foz, consistently reflect this philosophy.

Location as the Starting Point

Every VIDÓR project begins with a deliberate choice of place. ALVA is located in Leça do Balio, Matosinhos, less than 15 minutes from downtown Porto, in a quiet residential area with direct access to the region's main road networks.

Villas Monte is situated in Rio Tinto, Gondomar, approximately five minutes from Porto, in a well-established area with a strong services and retail ecosystem.

Santa Marta occupies a central position in Figueira da Foz, integrated into a fully developed urban grid just minutes from the ocean.

In every case, proximity to infrastructure, transportation, and points of interest is a determining factor from the earliest stages of design.

Functionality Designed Down to the Detail

The interior layout of spaces is another defining feature of VIDÓR projects. The three-bedroom homes at ALVA and Villas Monte were designed to ensure a clear separation between social and private areas, with generous floor plans and a fluid connection between indoor and outdoor living.

At Santa Marta, the studio, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments prioritize spatial efficiency and clarity, with areas ranging from 797 to 2,594 sq ft and finishes that balance durability with construction quality. Across all developments, natural light plays a central role in the architectural concept.

What Sets a Sustainable Residential Development Apart

Sustainability in residential projects goes beyond energy efficiency. It encompasses choosing locations that reduce car dependency, using durable materials that extend the building's lifecycle, designing spaces that adapt to the different stages of residents' lives, and contributing to the revitalization of underserved urban areas.

It is in this broader sense that VIDÓR guides the development of its projects, ensuring that each one generates value for both residents and the city alike.

Contributing to Urban Revitalization

VIDÓR's new projects are located in areas with strong appreciation potential and actively contribute to territorial renewal.

Santa Marta returns a long-neglected area to the city of Figueira da Foz. ALVA and Villas Monte strengthen the supply of quality contemporary housing in the Greater Porto metropolitan area, responding to growing demand from families seeking space and tranquility without giving up proximity to the city.

VIDÓR continues to develop projects that combine technical rigor, attention to detail, and a positive impact on the communities where it operates.
