Responsabilities

Development of architectural projects from the preliminary study phase through to construction, ensuring compliance with technical, legal, and quality requirements;
Coordination with multidisciplinary teams (across different engineering disciplines) for the integrated development of projects;
Supervision and site monitoring to ensure fidelity to the architectural design and quality of execution;
Analysis of market trends, sustainable materials, and innovative technologies for integration into projects.
Other duties inherent to the role.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture;
Additional training in the field (preferred);
Active membership with the Portuguese Order of Architects;
Minimum 3 years of professional experience;
Proficiency in technical drafting and 3D modeling software (Revit, AutoCAD, etc.);
Experience with BIM modeling (preferred);
Dynamic, adaptable profile with strong communication skills;
Valid driver's license (category B1);
Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken);
Fluency in additional languages (a plus).
