Responsabilities

Full development of mechanical engineering projects across the different phases of the permitting and construction process, including:
  HVAC Projects (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning);
  Gas piping network projects
  Special mechanical installation projects
Coordination of projects with architecture and other engineering disciplines;
Production of drawings, technical specifications, bills of quantities, and other project documentation;
Technical site supervision and support to the inspection team during the construction phase;
Liaison with permitting authorities, suppliers, and the broader project team;
Strict adherence to deadlines, legal standards, and quality objectives set by the company.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering;
Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering design (design firm, developer, or contractor);
Strong knowledge of national legislation and applicable technical regulations;
Proficiency in technical software (AutoCAD, CYPE, Robot, SAP2000, or similar);
Ability to work in a BIM environment;
Strong analytical thinking, technical rigor, and organizational skills;
Good communication skills, ability to work in multidisciplinary teams, and experience dealing with external stakeholders;
Fluency in Portuguese and solid technical English;
Valid driver's license.
