VIDÓR Launches ALVA: T3 Homes in Leça do Balio, Near Porto
VIDÓR has officially launched ALVA, a residential development composed of T3 homes in Leça do Balio, Matosinhos. The project was presented on February 26, 2026 at Casa da Música, in Porto, and received immediate reservations following the launch event.
ALVA's homes range from 191 to 236 sqm, spread across basement, ground floor, and first floor. The contemporary architecture prioritizes natural light, privacy, and functional interior spaces. The development comprises three lots, with delivery expected within 18 months from the launch date.
Leça do Balio is part of the Matosinhos municipality and is located less than 15 minutes from downtown Porto. ALVA offers direct access to the VCI, IC23, A4, and A28 highways, and is close to Hospital de São João, the Lionesa Business Hub, and the University of Porto campus.
Launch Event at Casa da Música Welcomed First Buyers
The launch event took place on February 26, 2026, from 3:00 PM, at Casa da Música, in Porto. Attendees were introduced to the development's architectural principles, the interior layout of the homes, and the relationship between light, privacy, and location. Several units were reserved on the day of the event.
