On April 29, 2026, VIDÓR officially began the removal of the existing structure on the site where Santa Marta, the company's new residential development in Figueira da Foz, will be built. This milestone marks the official construction start and the first concrete step toward bringing the project to life.
Before taking shape, every project begins by clearing the way for what is to come. The removal of the existing structure represents more than a construction kickoff: it is the moment a new vision for this space starts becoming reality, meeting the demands of the present and reflecting how we want to live in the future.
With this start, VIDÓR returns to the city an area that has long been in disrepair, contributing to the urban renewal of a central district of Figueira da Foz.
