VIDÓR is a business group with over 80 years of history, operating in Portugal and Brazil, dedicated to real estate development.

Its integrated model covers the entire development cycle - from acquisition to construction, sales, and asset management - ensuring quality and precision in every project.

With tens of thousands of properties and various public facilities, it contributes to urban transformation and the sustainable development of the communities where it invests.

1920s

Master builder Mr. Tomé Grazina began the family’s journey in the construction industry by erecting the first buildings in France.

1940s

Real estate developer Mr. António Parra Duarte built the first developments in Portugal, in Barreiro, Moita, and Setúbal.

1960s

Engineer Victor Duarte carried on the family legacy by founding the first companies and later taking over the existing teams.

1970s

VIDÓR expands its operations to the districts of Santarém, Leiria, Coimbra, Aveiro, and Porto, and takes its first step onto the international stage by entering the Brazilian market in São Paulo.

1980s

VIDÓR grows exponentially and establishes itself as one of the few national real estate development groups. In Brazil, it expands its operations to the Northeast.

1990s

VIDÓR reaches the peak of its journey, having built more than 10,000 properties.

2000s

Starting in 2004, the group is managed by a team of former executives under the HABISERVE brand, during a phase of expansion heavily supported by bank financing.

2010s

Engineer Victor Duarte resumes management of the group, which reverts to the name VIDÓR.

2020s

Starting in 2025, Bruno Duarte takes the helm of the group, representing the fourth generation of the family, and repositions VIDÓR on a path of growth and revitalization.
